Healthcare: on-premises RAG chatbot over Confluence and Jira
- Built the automated knowledge base pipelines with Airflow, including reliability and fault-tolerance mechanisms, so that eight Confluence spaces and roughly 100,000 Jira tickets refresh daily.
- Investigated and documented indexing failures in the Atlassian connectors, and handled maintenance follow-up after handover.
- Solution deployed fully on-premises with open-source components to meet healthcare privacy constraints.
Reusable ETL asset for Dify RAG chatbots
- Designed a containerised toolkit combining Dify, Airflow and a parameterised ETL pipeline template, so that new knowledge base pipelines can be built from a short specification instead of from scratch.
- Added a Claude Code skill that scaffolds new pipeline DAGs, plus setup and hand-off documentation.
Non-profit: lead generation for a sustainability certification
- Built a qualified prospect list of hotels and event venues from Belgian national bank and Crossroads Bank data, scored and ranked for outreach priority.
- Enriched company records and identified named decision-makers using LinkedIn and email validation tools, combining programmatic and AI-assisted enrichment.
- Excluded already-certified sites by cross-referencing the international certification register, and documented the full method so the client can rerun it.
Food: B2B lead generation and enrichment
- Filtered over 200,000 Belgian companies down to a ranked target list of 10,000 prospects, with the top 200 manually validated.
- Enriched records with contacts, financials, headcount and LinkedIn pages through API-based enrichment.
- Delivered an Excel file plus two guides so the client's sales team can recreate and update the dataset themselves.
Retail: churn analysis and campaign measurement
- Contributed to a customer retention programme for a Belgian non-food retailer, working in Python and PySpark on Azure.
- Helped deliver reusable tools for churn risk flagging, lookalike audience discovery and campaign result significance testing.
Internal: competitive intelligence automation (Watchtower)
- Designed and built an automated competitive monitoring workflow combining web scraping, LLM summarisation and Power Automate, publishing a structured report and a Teams alert on a schedule.
- Migrated the prototype from Zapier to Power Automate and documented architecture, deployment and cost model for reuse with clients.
Internal: marketing pipeline automation with agentic AI
- Automated the content pipeline so that a closed project triggers an AI-drafted case study in Notion, with automated validation reminders to the project owner.

- Implemented a PostgreSQL database and a web application in Django and Docker to address data management issues.
- Designed a machine vision system with OpenCV to extract data from legacy human-machine interfaces.
