It’s largely up to you. We’ve completed the entire process in less than 10 days. Sometimes, candidates needed a bit longer. That’s fine. We hire all year round.
An entire selection process usually takes a few weeks and should look a lot like this:
1️⃣ Application screening
Based on your application form, CVs and other material, we determine if we'd like to schedule a first interview.
We review incoming applications several times a week. We won’t keep you waiting needlessly.
2️⃣ 1-hour open interview
A first interview to go over your motivations, qualifications, and ambitions. It usually takes one hour and isn't that technical.
3️⃣ Structured data assessment
An on-demand data analysis exercise. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.
4️⃣ Hands-on case study
If we decide to progress onto the next phase, you will be invited to work on an individual case study to your problem-solving skills.
The case study is a 2-hour exercise at the Agilytic offices (or via Teams). We give you a data set and a set of questions.
You have 90 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to present your case.
While no specific preparation is required, we recommend familiarizing yourself with their format and objectives to check for yourself if you are all set.
5️⃣ Partner 1:1
A meeting with a member of the Partner team.

By then, the “hard” part is over, but this final step is important. It’s an informal meeting with a few colleagues to discuss job contents, culture, etc.
Feel free to ask anything. Our colleagues are encouraged to be as candid as possible about their personal experience at Agilytic, highlighting the good but also where we are trying to get better.
We draft an offer and conduct a few reference checks.
When everything is good to go, we send you all the paperwork through e-signature.
