Overall Interview Process & What to Expect
👋 Initial Interview (30 min)
An interview with a member of our Talent team to get to know you. We want to learn about the highlights of your experience and what you're looking for in your next role, and to tell you about what we're working on at Notion now and in the future.
🦜 Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
You'll meet with the hiring manager for this role and dive into a deeper conversation about the role, the team, and what you'd be working on here!
💻 Virtual Onsite Interviews (1.5 hours)
Portfolio Walk Through (45 min)
You'll meet with more of our team to discuss and review the work you're most proud of and what you've learned along the way.
Career History & Experience (45 min)
In this interview, we'll deep-dive into the jobs you've had. Our goal is to understand things you owned and shipped, what your team structure looked like, and areas you think you could add value to Notion.
💖 Final Interview(s) with C-Suite (30 min)
You will have the opportunity to meet with someone on our executive team as the final step of our process. Please come prepared to have a discussion around our mission and values, as well as your interest in Notion and this opportunity. They will want to understand your goals, interests, and motivations.
